For this poster created in 2023, I wanted to promote the New River Gorge National Park because I had just visited it and went white water rafting in the summer of 2022. The objective was to use typography to illustrate the elements in a picture that would help to describe it in a unique way. I chose a cool blue and green color palette that mimics the actual landscape, and included a kayaker as the foreground focal point.
