I wanted my love of nature, flowers, and birds to shine throughout this 2022 digital magazine layout. The quote used is from author Drew Lanham’s A Home Place, where he describes finding healing in the natural world around us. I used Adobe Illustrator to create unique black & white illustrations to go along with my photographs from a lavender farm I visited. The trail in this 'zine carries Lanham’s powerful words along the page from fields of wildflowers to the birds in the sky & trees above.
